17th Annual Holiday Stroll in Speculator

Time: 1  - 5 p.m.

Location: At the Lane Emporium (In Charlie Johns Parking lot) and the Lake Pleasant Library

Are you ready to kick off the holiday shopping season with a local twist? On Black Friday, we invite you to come and explore the unique and diverse array of shops, boutiques, and eateries our town offers. It's a perfect opportunity to discover one-of-a-kind gifts and support your neighbors and friends in the community.

Tree lighting and caroling will be held at 4:30 p.m. at Dean Lane Park, at the four corners across the street from Charlie Johns. 

Holiday Stroll 2023 Yeti Scavenger Hunt

Head over to our local businesses and find the yetis! Once you find a yeti, take a picture and tag the business and the Chamber on Facebook or Instagram - there will be prizes for the winners! The more Yetis you find, the better chance you have to win!

Prizes

Two $50 Chamber Gift Certificates, a Yeti-themed coffee travel mug, and a sweatshirt from the Lemon Tree.

Pick up a Yeti Scavenger Hunt game card at the Chamber or the Lake Pleasant Library.

Last years Business specials

• NBT will do a raffle that day. They close at 4 pm so people can come in and put their names in to win the gift bag of goodies.
• The Lake Pleasant Public Library will have a mailbox for kids to drop letters to Santa. They will have letters for them to fill out and envelopes.
• The Friends of the Library will have their room open in the back of the library for people to look at and purchase books by donation.
• Lemon Tree Brewery will have free hot chocolate and cookies. 10% off gift cards and merchandise. Live music from the Wayward Folk.
• Mountain Market will have free hot chocolate or coffee with cookies for the stroll & a gift basket drawing.
• Tracy’s Rustic Relics & Lost in the Woods will have 10% off store wide and refreshments.
• Mountain Community Methodist Church will have hot chocolate, nativity displays and a puzzle sale.
• Speculator Spirits will have tastings from 10am until close at 6pm
• Charlie Johns will have 10% off gift certificates. Fresh trees and Wreaths are available all weekend. Refreshments will be available inside.
• The Sunrise Diner will sell gift certificates for $20 with a value of $25
• Speculator Department store will have complimentary gift wrapping.
